What devices do you support?
Supported devices: Google TV & Android TV Boxes
Our official Retro Streams TV apps and customer support are provided only for Google TV and Android TV devices.
Other devices (such as smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, or streaming platforms) may work using third-party apps. While we can provide Xtream Codes credentials and/or playlist URLs, those apps are not provided or supported by us, and we do not offer setup or troubleshooting assistance for them.
For the best and fully supported experience, we recommend using a Google TV / Android TV boxes with our official Retro Streams TV app(s).
Support is limited to officially supported devices and Retro Streams TV apps only. Fire Stick devices are not recommended due to third-party apps being blocked and no longer working properly.

How many connections does Retro Streams TV allow?
Retro Streams TV offers 2, 4, and 6 connections depending on the plan. Most services default to 2 connections.

Does Retro Streams TV have replays?
Yes! Our USA Platinum service includes replays, allowing you to watch shows and events after they’ve aired.
How long do trials last?
USA Ultra and USA Platinum trials last 48 hours.
USA Premium trials last 24 hours.
What internet speed do I need for Retro Streams TV?
To make sure your connection can handle Retro Streams TV smoothly, please run a speed test directly on your Google TV or Android TV box using the app Network Speed Test – TV & Android TV.
Check your download speed in Mbps – we recommend at least 50 Mbps for HD streaming. For the most stable playback, using a wired Ethernet connection is best.
How do I install the streaming service on my device?
Once you subscribe, we’ll provide Downloader codes for your Retro Streams TV app(s). Our primary app can be downloaded directly using Downloader Code: 1106129.
How do I get support if I have an issue?

Does your service include EPG (TV Guide)?
Yes, most channels include EPG (TV Guide). Availability and features depend on the app and your service/playlist.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, we do not offer free trials.
However, we do offer low-cost trial access for $1.
Trials are self-service and can be claimed directly on our website by clicking the “Trials ($1)” button.
After checkout, your login details are emailed automatically.
Please check your SPAM/Junk folder if you don’t see them.
If you prefer to request a trial through support, it can be arranged manually for $2, since it requires manual setup.
Do you offer Reseller Program(s)?

What’s the difference between streaming services and traditional cable or satellite?
Unlike traditional cable or satellite, streaming services deliver content via your internet connection, offering more flexibility, access to global channels, on-demand content, and typically lower prices – without bulky hardware or long contracts.
Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?
It depends on your plan. Each subscription comes with a set number of connections, allowing you to use Retro Streams TV on multiple devices at the same time. Most of our services default to 2 connections, but some plans offer 4 or 6 connections.
How many channels are included?
We offer access to thousands of live TV channels, including sports, news, movies, entertainment, kids, and international content. Channel availability varies by region and package.
How often is the content updated?
Our live channels and VOD libraries are updated frequently – sometimes daily – to ensure you always have access to the latest content and fully working streams.
What happens if a channel stops working?
We encourage you to report any broken streams. Once reported, we’ll notify the service provider so the channel can be fixed or replaced as quickly as possible.
